Kiefer Sutherland May Have Violated DUI Probation
Kiefer Sutherland may have violated probation because of run in with a fashion designer .
Jack McCollough, a New York fashion designer has accused Sutherland of head-butting him at a party. Witnesses reported that McCollough knocked actress Brooke Shields to the floor at an after-party for the Met Costume Institute Gala, and that Sutherland demanded for McCollough to apologize to her. McCollough pushed the actor, that’s when Sutherland retaliated with a head-butt.
Sutherland will voluntary surrender to authorities to a third-degree assault, although no charges have been filed yet.
Sutherland is in the process of serving five years probation for a drunk driving charge in 2007. “The terms and conditions of DUI probations include the standard, obey all laws,” said Frank Mateljan, a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
