The 35 year-old alleged San Diego DUI driver was driving on a suspended license when he was arrested for DUI, driving under the influence of alcohol, violating probation. The DUI incident occurred on January 11, in the 800 block of 10th Street.
The man suspected of driving while intoxicated was taken into custody on charges of DUI, violating a court order, driving on a suspended license and obtaining a DUI while still on probation for a prior DUI.
